Scope of application:
Organic waste gas is a common pollutant discharged from petroleum, rubber, printing, coating, pharmacy, light industry and other industries. it often contains hydrocarbon compounds ( aromatic hydrocarbons, alkanes, olefins, etc. ), oxygen-containing organic compounds ( alcohols, ketones, organic acids, etc. ), benzene compounds ( toluene, xylene, etc. ), nitrogen, sulfur, halogen and other compounds. If these exhaust gases are not treated, direct discharge into the atmosphere will cause serious environmental pollution, endangering human health. Our company mainly for the volatile organic pollutants produced by the above industries to provide the industrial organic waste gas adsorption desorption purification equipment.
The equipment is especially suitable for the waste gas treatment project with high air volume, low concentration, complex organic waste gas components, intermittent and continuous working conditions.
Equipment description:
Refers to the use of solid adsorbent, such as activated carbon, silica gel, zeolite and molecular sieve, adsorption of pollutants in industrial waste gas, according to the different components of the exhaust gas, choose the appropriate adsorbent, when the adsorbent reaches saturation after desorption of pollutants, the use of catalytic combustion technology to make the industrial waste gas organic deep oxidation into carbon dioxide and water, so as to achieve the purpose of purification of the integrated machine and ancillary equipment. Adsorption and desorption purification equipment generally consists of pretreatment unit, adsorption and desorption unit, power unit, catalytic combustion unit, heat exchange unit, control unit and safety device unit.
Process principle:
Under the action of the adsorption fan, the organic waste gas enters the front filter box body from the air inlet, and the front filter filters and blocks the particles in the waste gas, so that the particles are prevented from entering the adsorption layer to block the micropore of the adsorbent, and the purification effect is influenced. Then the exhaust gas enters the adsorption and desorption boxes on both sides respectively by the front filter ( a bypass insulation layer is arranged in the middle, and the bypass valve is directly opened and discharged when the detection concentration of the organic exhaust gas reaches the standard. ) the adsorption layer in the adsorption and desorption box adsorbs and purifies the organic waste gas. A catalytic combustion device arranged above the adsorption layer, when the activated carbon adsorption layer approaches saturation ( the exhaust concentration reaches a set value ), the PLC controller automatically closes the intake valve, opens the catalytic combustion intake valve, and catalyzes the combustion of the electric heater. The fresh air enters the adsorption layer for desorption after being heated to a certain temperature by an energy-saving device under the action of an desorption fan, the desorbed gas enters the catalytic combustion, and the combustion oxidation reaction is CO2, H2O and other substances under the action of a catalyst. After combustion, the gas is discharged from the exhaust port, and the product has no secondary pollution.
In this embodiment, two sets of adsorption and desorption devices can be alternately used to ensure continuous operation of production.
